Roll into Summer
You guys know I love my carbs. Pizza, pasta, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes – just a few of my faves. This summer I discovered a new love, the brand new Sara Lee Artesano Bakery Buns & Rolls.

Caramelized Vidalia Onion Dip
As you probably know by now, summer is my favorite time of year. Here in the Hamptons, I spend most of my time at the beach (with Gus of course!), on my little Boston Whaler boat, picking up goods at the farm stands, and cooking with my friends and family. On the coast of the northeast, we appreciate our summers so much after months upon months of bad weather, and we try to squeeze in every drop of fun that we can!

The 'Salad Bowl' of America
I get to travel to so many unbelievable locations for Beach Bites, but every once in a while, one of them captures my heart. Our entire crew fell in love with Monterey and Carmel, California. It’s so incredibly beautiful there and the drive along the Pacific Coast Highway is magical.

Beach Bites in the Bahamas
This week on Beach Bites, we are traveling farther south to The Bahamas. Nassau is one of the most popular port towns for cruise ships, and there is plenty to see right there in the harbor, but if you’re willing to go just a bit further, there is so much more to the island. The food is “off the chain” as they like to say.

New Season of Beach Bites!
I’m so excited that the new season of Beach Bites is here! My first episode is this Thursday, June 7th, and I’m kicking things off on the Gulf Coast of Mississippi. It was my first time to the region and I wasn’t sure what to expect. I had never really thought of Mississippi as a beach destination. Well let me tell you, I LOVED it!

Beastie Burgers
The second I land in Los Angeles, my mouth starts to water in anticipation of the famous In-N-Out Burger. I love a double-double, animal style (that's code for double beef, double cheese, grilled onions and extra sauce). I'm not ashamed to admit that there was an occasion that I ate THREE in one sitting. Definitely didn't feel so hot the next day, but it was so good going down. Anyhoo, I decided to try to recreate these burgers in my kitchen. The results were even better than I expected! Definitely, try this at home.

Simple Beauty : My Spring 2018 Favorites
SIMPLE BEAUTY : MY SPRING 2018 FAVORITES. I keep my beauty routine pretty simple. It's all about moisturizing for me and I look for products that use natural ingredients. Here are a few that I'm loving right now!

Vietnamese Beef and Noodle Salad Bowls
Katie Lee Vietnamese beef and noodle salad bowls are a crowd pleaser. Get this recipe and more on katielee.com

Meet the Culinary Team
Here's a little behind the scenes peek at our culinary team. It takes a village to create a show like The Kitchen, what you see in front of the camera is just a fraction of the team! Our culinary crew is always working hard to make our segments look (and taste) amazing!

Cauliflower Crust Pizza
This cauliflower crust pizza is delicious whether you're trying to stay low carb or gluten free, or simply want to try something new! This is a perfect alternative to a grain-based pizza crust.

Food Bank for NYC
Get Involved. I decided to partner with Food Bank and launch a campaign called Woman to Woman to raise awareness for the month of March, Women’s History Month. Through this campaign, Food Bank For New York City will raise awareness and financial support to ensure the women and girls we support are served with dignity and have the ability to obtain these basic necessities.

Chicken and Broccoli Twice-Baked Spaghetti Squash
I like to eat, portion control is not an option for me! Ha ha! So, I have to create healthy meals that I love but won't feel guilty about eating. This chicken and broccoli twice-baked spaghetti squash is one of those meals. It's so good, and so filling and so guilt free - spaghetti squash is only 42 calories per cup and it's full of fiber! I also love this because it can be a main dish, or with just a simple omission of chicken, it can be a side dish for a larger meal.

Rao's + Tolerant Red Lentil Pasta
Katie Lee shares one of her favorite one pot meals. Rao's + Tolerant Red Lentil Pasta : My go-to “I don’t feel like cooking either” with Rao’s is to serve it over one of my other favorite products, Tolerant red lentil pasta. The only ingredient in Tolerant is lentils and each serving boasts 21 grams of protein, 11 grams of fiber, and a full serving of vegetables.

Aperol Spritz
Aperol is an Italian orange liqueur usually served, as the name implies, as an aperitif. I had my first Aperol spritz after a Vespa ride through Greenwich Village with Mario Batali. He took me to his restaurant Otto and served me the drink along with some sliced prosciutto.

Prosciutto Wrapped Figs & Gorgonzola
I'm not a fan of cheese plates before dinner because they tend to be too filling, but I do love cheese, so these are a nice compromise. I get to have my cake (well, cheese) and eat it, too. If you can't find fresh figs, try using sliced peaches.

Travel Guide : Miami
Miami is at the top of my list for a quick winter escape from New York. I have spent quite a bit of time there over the years and these are some of my favorite spots that I always visit.

Comfort Pot Roast
People always ask me what my favorite comfort food is, and it just might be pot roast. For me, there's nothing better on a cold day than a hearty pot roast. The house will smell so good with it slow cooking in the oven all day. Serve it with delicate chive buttered noodles or mashed potatoes.

Chive Buttered Egg Noodle
Chive Buttered Egg Noodle. These noodles are so easy and delicious! The chives add just the right touch of flavor and bright green color.

Kitchen Goals ✊️
I wish I could arrange flowers and create crafts like our Emmy nominated art department. They have something for everything and make everything look good!!

Cauliflower Rice
This Chicken Cauliflower Fried Rice is the perfect one-pan dinner. Portion control is not an option for me - I like mass quantities - so I have to create meals that are healthy and satisfying.
