Ingredients
- One package (12-ounces) egg noodles
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 3 tablespoons minced chives
- kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Cooking Directions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the noodles according to package directions, reserving 1/4 cup of the cooking water.
- Toss the noodles with the reserved water, butter and chives, and season with salt and pepper.
