Bailey’s Deliciously Light Parfait
Grown-up chocolate mocha pudding parfaits...it’s not complicated!
Quick Chicken Cutlet Saltimbocca
I looooove this recipe so much...only chicken breasts, sage, prosciutto, and provolone.
Chocolate Croissant Bread Pudding!
As many of you know, I’m a huge @nmeyers fan, and the title of my cookbook is a nod to her film, It’s Complicated. Who can forget the scene of Meryl Streep making chocolate croissants for Steve Martin? This recipe is my favorite dessert in the book...it’s DECADENT and FABULOUS!
Tagliata 🥩😋
Season two steaks (I like strip or ribeye for this recipe) with salt, pepper, and garlic powder (use 1 teaspoon salt per pound of meat as a general rule).
Juicy, Crispy Chicken Wings
We are one month out from the release of my new cookbook! My book is filled with easy recipes, without a ton of ingredients, that are delicious and feel special. Our lives are complicated enough...we don’t need our food to be too!
Lightened Up Guacamole
Ok so I love my guacamole! If you’re anything like me, you can eat the entire bowl so I have a little trick for you to stretch the avocado....blend it with peas!

My Thanksgiving Fake-Out Recipes!
The holiday season is all about spending time with family and friends, and eating delicious food, of course! It's crunch-time to get everything ready for the big day and these are a few of my favorite “fake-out” recipes that are simplified to make your Thanksgiving prepping stress-free!
Shaved Brussels Sprouts Salad with Dates, Manchego and Almonds
Between the turkey, dressing, sweet potato casserole, and pies, oven real estate is scarce on Thanksgiving. In the past, I've always made roasted brussels sprouts and juggled what needed to go in the oven when. This year, I'm giving myself a break with one less thing to take up that precious oven space -- I'm making my shaved brussels sprout salad instead.
Turkey in Caja China
If you're looking to do something different this year for your turkey, I highly recommend the Caja China box. Known as the "magic" box, it's most often used to roast a whole pig but it works incredibly well for a turkey.
Thanksgiving Turkey Guide!
Everyone gets so freaked out about their Thanksgiving turkey. Fresh or frozen? How many pounds? To brine or not to brine? How long to cook? Stuff it or not? How often should it be basted? Stop, take a deep breath. I’ve got you covered.
Halloween Inspired Green Chicken Chili
Every Halloween at The Kitchen, our producers like to give us a good scare. To go along with all of the tricks, we are cooking up some treats. I am sharing my recipe for Green Chicken Chili. Chili is perfect to serve for a crowd on Halloween because you can put it on the stove and let everyone serve themselves. Set up a toppings bar with sour cream, cilantro, scallions, avocado, etc. I used a skull pan to make skull cheese crisps for garnish.
Mediterranean Shrimp "Cheat Sheet"
Katie Lee shares her Mediterranean Shrimp “Cheat Sheet” recipe! For a cheat sheet, everything goes onto one sheet pan and is baked in the oven. We like eating at home, especially during the week, so we really have time to hang out with each other and be with our precious pup, Gus.
Beastie Burgers
The second I land in Los Angeles, my mouth starts to water in anticipation of the famous In-N-Out Burger. I love a double-double, animal style (that's code for double beef, double cheese, grilled onions and extra sauce). I'm not ashamed to admit that there was an occasion that I ate THREE in one sitting. Definitely didn't feel so hot the next day, but it was so good going down. Anyhoo, I decided to try to recreate these burgers in my kitchen. The results were even better than I expected! Definitely, try this at home.
Vietnamese Beef and Noodle Salad Bowls

Cauliflower Crust Pizza
This cauliflower crust pizza is delicious whether you're trying to stay low carb or gluten free, or simply want to try something new! This is a perfect alternative to a grain-based pizza crust.
Chicken and Broccoli Twice-Baked Spaghetti Squash
I like to eat, portion control is not an option for me! Ha ha! So, I have to create healthy meals that I love but won't feel guilty about eating. This chicken and broccoli twice-baked spaghetti squash is one of those meals. It's so good, and so filling and so guilt free - spaghetti squash is only 42 calories per cup and it's full of fiber! I also love this because it can be a main dish, or with just a simple omission of chicken, it can be a side dish for a larger meal.
