Itβs Not Complicated... Season two steaks (I like strip or ribeye for this recipe) with salt, pepper, and garlic powder (use 1 teaspoon salt per pound of meat as a general rule). Grill to desired doneness and let rest a few minutes before slicing. Top with arugula thatβs tossed in EVOO and lemon juice. Drizzle with balsamic reduction (simmer 1 cup balsamic vinegar until reduced by half). Super easy and delish, like all the recipes in my new cookbook. #itsnotcomplicated
