Egg Salad

This is as basic as a basic egg salad can get… just boiled eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper. I make my deviled eggs with the same combo, so I like to garnish my egg salad the same way - with a sprinkle of paprika. Just use enough mayo to bring your eggs together (I did about 2 or 3 tablespoons for 10 eggs), a little mustard for flavor (I used about 1 teaspoon in this batch), and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Had it on a piece of toast first... then a scoop on my trough salad... then some on a few crackers 😋 @littlebuddygus got a bite or two of egg yolk before I added everything in (don’t let him fool you into thinking he’s deprived 😂).
