Tofu Ranch Dressing

Tofu Ranch Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 block (16 ounce) Silken tofu, drained
- 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Onion powder
- 2 teaspoons Garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons Kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Chopped parsley leaves
- 1 tablespoon Chopped chives
Directions
- In a blender, combine tofu, vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Puree until smooth. Add parsley and chives and pulse to combine.
- Transfer to a container and chill until ready to serve.
