Protein-Packed Quinoa Yogurt Parfaits

Ingredients

  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • Zest of 1/2 a lime or lemon
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup chopped fruit
  • Directions

    1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, zest and honey. I used golden kiwi, blueberries and raspberries.

      In two cups or jars layer half of the yogurt, quinoa, and fruit. Repeat. Chill until serving.
