Grapefruit Mint Frosé

You’ve probably heard of frosé by now, but did you know it’s pretty easy to make at home?

All you need is some grapefruit, a bottle of rosé (there are so many good inexpensive options, no need to spend more than $10-$12), a little agave, and some fresh mint. I put it all in the blender, then transfer it to a glass casserole dish and freeze for a few hours. Similar to granita and I scrape it into a glass and serve. It’s the perfect refreshing libation on a hot, humid summer evening.
