Walking
Walking has always been one of my favorite forms of exercise. When I was a kid, every evening after dinner, my mom, grandma, great aunt and I would go for a 3 mile walk. It not only provided a great fitness routine, it was also a time that we got to socialize (mostly me listening to the grown up talk!). Recently @ww launched D360 and I have been enjoying the new WalkTalks which feature Oprah, Gabrielle Bernstein, Matthew McConaughey, and more #wwpartner. It's kind of like listening to a podcast with intermittent messages from a D360 Coach who is motivating you through a walking workout. Since I can't be social with friends these days, it's a way of feeling like I am connecting, learning something new, being fully entertained, all the while getting in my workout.
